I am only on episode 4 but I can't wait to continue. I need to make sure that next time I listen I get out a pen and paper to write down all the amazing tips. I appreciate that the hosts use lots of great pedagogical terms but right after make it very down to earth with great examples and stories. I am a teacher who is not in one classroom year to year and I can still relate to all the amazing advice. They do a great job in making their examples and tips relatable to all grade levels and positions. They both offer such a wealth of information in a format that is linear, quick, and really practical. Love it!
