55. Mindfully Mapping Your Calendar

In this episode, we’re talking about mindfully mapping your time before the chaos kicks in. A new calendar can feel exciting, but also overwhelming. If you’re already stretched or just starting to sort things out, this is your chance to slow down, look ahead, and make a plan that supports your energy and peace.

✅ What to Expect:

  • Awareness First: We start with a check-in. How are you really doing right now? This quick pause helps you make choices with clarity instead of chaos.
  • Know Your Flow: We look at your natural rhythms. When are you at your best? When do you need more support? Knowing this helps you plan smarter, not harder.
  • Look Ahead: We encourage you to look at the next 3–4 months. What’s coming up that’s likely to pull your energy? Highlight it now before it catches you off guard.
  • Anchor the Non-Negotiables: Plug in the things that matter most, from healthy habits to family time to “you” time. These are the foundations you’ll build everything else around.
  • Wellness: We share little ways to keep wellness visible like colour coding, checkboxes, or using emojis as adult sticker charts. Simple strategies, big impact.
  • Schedule Rest: Yes, actually write it down. Rest isn’t what’s left when the work is done, it’s what fuels the work.
